patterns taken from Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and methods for building rapport taken from Milton Erickson. The effective
use of these skills enables a sales person to quickly establish trust and sell using the language of the buyer.
These concepts are
presented through: skill presentation, demonstration, participant practice and discussion. This format promotes skill mastery
